90 hour Broker Pre-license Course

Pre-requisites for obtaining your Realtor License:
- Pass the 90 hour pre-license course which requires:
-90% attendance & pass the final exam
Pass the State licensing exam
- At Least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
