Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in the Woodford, Tazewell and Peoria County areas, to provide you with superior service at all times. My local expertise, 17 years of real estate experience and a strong customer service background will benefit you whether you are serious about buying or selling a home at this time, or are a returning client checking out the many homeowner resources I offer.

I have been a Realtor since 1991. In 2002 I received my Brokers License and became Managing Broker of the Eureka Jim Maloof office. I am also a Caterpillar Destination Services Provider and a Relocation Specialist. 

I have been involved in the St. Jude Telethon for the last 5 years. A portion of every commission check is donated to St. Jude, Susan Komen, The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill and Habit for Humanity.
